Ipod Touch 5th Gen, Just yesterday i was multitasking with 3 iPods & 2 Computers, when i looked back at my brother-in laws iPod it had a Black Screen, The home button is broke so i am unable to hard reset it or put it in recovery mode, It doesn’t charge or connect with a USB anymore, i tested my USB cord with another iPod and it works fine, i had it connected to the same computer yesterday but now it is unrecognizable, i downloaded both reiboot & recboot both says i need to connect my device even though its plugged in, then suggests me to go into recovery mode in order connect. Has anyone who had similar problems find a fix? If i must my last resort will be to purchase & replace home button hoping it fixes it, it is not my iPod so i can’t just throw it away i was downloading games for my Brother-In Law since he doesn’t have internet, and he is always sharing his games with kids that don’t take care of his things so just getting a new one will be pointless as they will break it within a week, hoping to fix this before i need to return it to him.
