Coloreyes Display Pro V1.52.r032 For Mac

Hi, Concerning an Apple Cinema HD 23' Display from 2007. I'm currently trying out ColorEyes Display Pro, and have set up a profile that automatically adjusts my display brightness. In order not to accidentally adjust the brightness I've selected 'Disable brightness buttons' in the System Preferences. However, I'm finding that this setting won't stick and is frequently disabled, and I suspect it's due to the LUT Loader application, supplied by ColorEyes Display Pro, automatically adjusting display brightness to my desired setting on login. Anyone else experiencing this? Just won't to confirm before I submit a bug report or similar. Many thanks, SiR G.

Your conjecture does not bear out my experience. I am using CEDP. The LUTLoader does set the brightness when it runs, and it does this regardless of whether the option to automatically adjust brightness as ambient light changes is checked or not. The setting, after all, refers to whether the brightness should be adjusted if, say, you suddenly turned on the lights in a totally dark room, not to whether software is allowed to change it. I have that box unchecked.

Whenever LUTLoader runs, I can see the brightness being adjusted. Afterwards, the box is still unchecked. Apple Footer.
